Deep dive — Applied cohort

Scope

One scope for the whole panel — the custom chart and the leaderboard follow it too. All counts are event-accurate: Accepted, Approved, Realized, Finished and Completed count the events that happened inside the window (accepted = matched by the host; finished = exchanges that ended, by experience end date; completed = ended and completed; APD broken = approvals broken, by break date), so every block reconciles with the KPI cards above. The rate cards chain one stage into the next — APL→ACC, ACC→APD, APD→REA, FIN→CO — and carry their base count in the label. Avg-days and avg-age use the applied cohort's own dates — recent applicants may approve or realize after the window ends, so a young window reads low.

Columns ▾

LCs below the min-apps or min-APD floor roll up into the "Others" row. Sorted by APL→APD % by default — click any header to re-sort, pick the columns with Columns ▾. Green ≥ 81%, amber 50–80%, red below 50%. Rates chain stage by stage (APD→REA of approved, FIN→CO of finished), plus any other conversion you tick; Finished = exchanges that ended in the window, Completed = ended and completed, APD broken = approvals broken in the window (red when any).
